Product Information

  • 1. Created on premium quality board.
  • 2. Printed cards: sized at 'Occasion Cards' 135 x 135 mm. All other printed ranges 145 x 145 mm.
  • 3. Invitations: 8 flat card designs in each pack, sized at 150 x 150 mm.
  • 4. Note Cards: 6 note cards with two designs in each pack, sized at 90 x 117 mm.
  • 5. All cards are individually packaged inside a clear biodegradable poly bag with a white envelope.
  • 6. All cards are FSC credited.

Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Carriage is free on all orders over £110 below this threshold carriage will be charged at 10% of the order.
  • 2. Minimum order is £50.
  • 3. Payment of goods is strictly within 30 days from the date of invoice. Failure to acknowledge reminder letters will result in an interest charge and legal proceedings.
  • 4. I aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, but please allow 30 days for deliveries from placing your order.
  • 5. The goods in an order remain the property of Buttongirl Designs until the payment for the order has been received.
  • 6. No goods shall be returned without prior agreement between the buyer and Buttongirl Designs.
  • 7. I will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt, (please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit). Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
  • 8. No VAT is charged.
